What a Fantastic Jubilee Weekend

The Trustees of Crockenhill village hall would like to thank everyone that decorated, took part, helped out, put on and supported events that made the hall the focal point of the jubilee celebrations. 🇬🇧

The committee would like to thank in particular

•The Parish Council and the Scouts for using the village hall for the beacon lighting event on the Thursday.

•Carol Campbell and her creative team for flags, bunting, flowers, plants and donation of baskets for auction.

•Dr Susan Pittman for the history exhibition she put on at the hall on Friday.

• Little Rascals bouncy castles for creating family fun activities outside the hall on Friday and Saturday.

•Jenny and All souls church for inspiring the screening of the 1952 coronation Saturday afternoon and for jubilee raffle prizes.

•The cream tea girls – you know who you were – and I look forward very much to the next event ( we won’t tell anyone about the prosecco 😂)

• Tony Horsley and Keith Halls for the amazing big screen event on the Saturday night ( we looking into screening other productions).

• Sylvia Halls and the WI for putting on the Sunday afternoon big lunch.

• The Plough at Eynsford for the generous pledge of a 3 course meal for 2 persons.

Proud to be Crockenhillians

Thank you🙏
