Sunday hire is available upon request strictly between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm, which includes time for setting up and clearing up. To respect the privacy of the Village Hall neighbours, no outdoor activities on the surrounding grass area is permitted on a Sunday.
New Years Eve:
Please note that New Years Eve is charged at the Saturday rate plus an extra fee of £100.00. In addition an extension to the Premises Licence Operation Hours has to be obtained by the hirer from Sevenoaks Council.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £100 is payable for all one off bookings and is due at the same time as the balancing payment. A full refund will be made within one week of the hire taking place if there is no damage to the hall, including breakages and any need for redecoration or additional cleaning.
Bouncy Castles / Inflatables:
An additional fee of £25.00 is payable if you use the electricity. Please note the maximum permitted height for an internal bouncy castle is 10 feet and any supplier should hold the relevant liability insurance.
