Please note that an additional 30 mins is charged in all cases to create a break between hires and cover set up time for your activity. Please advise if longer set up time is required so that sufficient time can be allowed and the correct charge can be applied. Annual contracts are not available for weekends, rates advertised are for one off bookings only.

The hire period ends strictly at 4pm. All guests, equiptment and personal items must have vacated the hall by this time. Where the hall is not vacated by 4pm an additional charge of £10.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) will be deducted from the Security Deposit to cover operational costs caused by late departure. To respect the privacy of the Village Hall neighbours, no outdoor activities on the surrounding grass area is permitted on a Sunday.
New Years Eve:
Please note that New Years Eve is charged at the Saturday rate plus an extra fee of £100.00. In addition an extension to the Premises Licence Operation Hours has to be obtained by the hirer from Sevenoaks Council.
Security Deposit:
A minimum security deposit of £150 is payable for all one off bookings and is due at the same time as the balancing payment. A full refund will be made within one week of the hire taking place if there is no damage to the hall, including breakages and any need for redecoration or additional cleaning.
Bouncy Castles / Inflatables:
An additional fee of £25.00 is payable if you use the electricity. Please note the maximum permitted height for an internal bouncy castle is 10 feet and any supplier should hold the relevant liability insurance.
Bank Holidays:
The hall will not be available for hire on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and New Years Day.
